Step 1: Ordering When placing your order online, we recommend contacting your bank or financial institution to raise your daily limit. This will ensure your payment is not automatically declined.
If you’d like to pay over time, we offer financing options. Please reach out for more information.
All orders must be paid in full or financed prior to delivery. If there’s any unpaid balance, delivery will be delayed and rescheduled.
Please type in your metal colors for the walls, roof, and trim. Our metal color chart can be found on each listing. If you need assistance during this process, please use the website chat or give us a call. You will get a 100% real human response, not AI or an automated chatbot.
Step 2: Delivery
DELIVERY RADIUS: We deliver to Tennessee, Georgia, Northern Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Indiana, Illinois, Virginia, West Virginia, and southern Ohio. If you’re in another state please contact us directly for a long haul quote.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE: The displayed delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate only. This estimate is calculated based on the current delivery schedule and can vary based on weather.
During our busiest months delivery can be an additional few weeks from your estimated delivery date.
A more accurate delivery date will be provided after your build enters the production queue.
DELIVERY FEE: The first 100 miles are free from Zip Code 37363. Each additional mile is $5.50 per loaded mile to the destination.
You will be sent a separate invoice for your delivery fee once your driver has scheduled your delivery date and time.
NOTE: The delivery driver will call you 1 week prior, to confirm your delivery date and time, if the scheduled date needs to be adjusted to fit your schedule, please let us know in advance.
Before the delivery team's arrival, it's important to clear the path of delivery and the site of all obstructions such as tree branches, stumps, fencing, overhanging wires, structures, etc.
We do not level or block livestock shelters, please have a flat area prepared. All pads Must not exceed 6” in height.
When selecting where to place your shed on your property, we recommend facing the opening of your structure away from the prevailing winds. Step 3: Anchoring Anchoring is included with all structures delivered. We provide a 36" ground cable anchor. Our anchoring system can withstand up to 75 MPH wind gusts, as reported by some of our customers. If you plan on moving your shed after delivery and don't want it anchored down right away, the delivery team will provide you with the anchors and inform you on how to install them properly. TriStar Build To Delivery Since online companies like Amazon have come into the marketplace, we see a general trend of customers wanting a shed delivered in this same fast paced manner. The speedy same-week delivery turnaround just does not apply to the shed industry. If you do not have temporary shelter while you await your buildings construction, we recommend finding a local builder near you to build an on-site shelter.
On-Site builds can be more expensive, but if you are in a situation where you are unable to wait then this would be your best option. If you are planning ahead, then we welcome the opportunity to build your barns and coops!
