Step 1: Placing Your Order

All orders are placed online through the website. If you choose to customize a structure, then a custom order quote will be sent via email to pay by credit/debit card. All orders are to be paid in full.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL- NO REFUNDS. It is important that you only place an order if your 100% ready. If you feel that you are unsure we advise you to not place an order with our company as all sales are final. You will be checking this box prior to confirming and placing your order.

Step 2: Shipping & Delivery

The First 100 miles are free, with additional mileage at $5.50 per loaded mile to delivery destination. If you are further than the 100-mile free delivery radius, the delivery fee will be charged the day before delivery. If your delivery invoice goes unpaid, your delivery time will be canceled and rescheduled once it is paid.

The delivery date at time of order is an estimate and the firm date/time will be scheduled 1-2 weeks prior to delivery. For current lead times please call or email us directly.

Your delivery driver will reach you by phone about 5-7 days prior to your delivery date to confirm a time slot, if the delivery date/time needs to be adjusted to fit your schedule, please let us know in advance.

Please note that it is the customers responsibility to have a clear path to the site/location of delivery.

All obstructions must be removed or cut back, such as tree branches/stumps, fence, overhanging wires/structures, etc. When selecting where to place your shed, it is highly recommended to face the front opening of your structure away from the prevailing winds and rain. The most suitable is an East or Southeast direction.

Any additional work provided by your delivery driver (such as cutting low hanging tree branches or taking down fence etc) will incur an additional fee for his compensation of time.

We always recommend emailing any photos or video of your property entrance or access point. This will ensure delivery day will go swiftly and efficiently.

Step 3: Anchoring

The Anchors are included and installed at your discretion. We provide a 36" ground cable anchor designed for sheds. The anchoring system can withstand up to 120 MPH winds, as reported by many of our customers. If you plan on moving your shed after delivery and do not want it anchored at time of delivery, your driver will provide you with the anchors and inform you on how to install if you choose to do so.
