Our Process
Step 1: Ordering When placing your order online, we recommend contacting your financial institution to raise your daily limit. This will ensure your payment is not automatically declined. Please type your metal colors for the walls, roof, and trim. All 3 colors can be different. Our metal color chart can be found on each product listing. If you have any questions during this process, please use the website chat, send us an email, or give us a call. You will get a human response, not an automated chatbot.
Step 2: Delivery We deliver to Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Southern Ohio, Virginia, & West Virginia.
The delivery date is 10 weeks for all structures except coops. If you order a coop, your delivery date is 12-14 weeks. This can fluctuate due to weather and the delivery hauler's schedule.
Additional charges may apply if you’re outside of our 100-mile free delivery radius. You will be emailed a separate invoice for delivery once your driver has confirmed your delivery date and time.
The delivery driver will call you 1 week prior, to confirm your delivery date and time, if the delivery date/time needs to be adjusted to fit your schedule, please let us know in advance.
How we estimate the delivery cost: The first 100 miles are free. Each additional mile is $4.50 to your location.
Before the delivery team's arrival, it's important to clear the path of delivery and the site of all obstructions such as tree branches, stumps, fencing, overhanging wires, structures, etc.
We do not level or block livestock shelters, please have a flat area prepared. When selecting where to place your shed on your property, we recommend facing the opening of your structure away from the prevailing winds. Step 3: Anchoring Anchoring is included without charge. We provide a 36" ground cable anchor. Our anchoring system can withstand up to 75 MPH wind gusts, as reported by some of our customers. If you plan on moving your shed after delivery and don't want it anchored down right away, the delivery team will provide you with the anchors and inform you on how to install them properly. TriStar Build To Delivery Since online companies like Amazon have come into the marketplace, we see a general trend of customers wanting a shed delivered in this same manner. The speedy same-week delivery turnaround just does not apply to the shed industry. For fast/cheap products on the market, you may need to find a local builder to build an on-site shelter. All portable structures are built for each customer on a first come first serve basis. We will not cut corners for faster service and production. Our number one priority is providing high-quality and portable livestock sheds for the continued safety and security of your animals.
