Our Process
Step 1: Ordering Process When placing your order, we recommend contacting your bank or financial institution to raise your daily limit for the transaction. This will ensure your payment will not automatically decline.
Please type in your metal colors for the walls, roof, and trim. Our metal color chart can be found on each listing. If you need assistance during this process, please use the website chat anytime or give us a call during business hours. You will receive a real human response, not AI or chatbots.
It is important to note that all orders must be paid for in full. If there are any unpaid balances, your delivery will be rescheduled for a later date.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, we recommend not placing an order with our company unless you are 100% ready to start the order process.
Step 2: Delivery Process
DELIVERY RADIUS:
We deliver to Tennessee, Georgia, Northern Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Indiana, Illinois, Virginia, West Virginia, and southern Ohio. If you’re in another state please contact us directly for a long haul custom quote.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
The displayed delivery dates shown at checkout are an estimate only.
This estimate is calculated based on the current production queue and delivery schedule.
During our ‘high volume months’ delivery can be an additional 3-4 weeks from your estimated delivery date. Or when ordering multiple structures.
A more accurate delivery date will be provided after your build enters the production queue.
DELIVERY FEE: The first 100 miles are free from Zip Code 37363. Each additional mile is $5.00 per loaded mile to the destination.
You will be sent a separate invoice for your delivery fee once the delivery manager has scheduled your date and time.
NOTE: The delivery driver will call you 1 week prior, to confirm your delivery date and time, if the scheduled date needs to be adjusted to fit your schedule, please let us know in advance.
Before your structure arrives, it's important to clear the path of delivery and the site of all obstructions such as vehicles, tree branches, stumps, fencing, overhanging wires, structures, etc.
We do not level or block livestock shelters, please have a flat area prepared. All pads Must not exceed 6” in height.
When selecting where to place your structure on your property, we recommend facing the front opening away from the prevailing winds.
Step 3: Anchoring
Anchor installation is included with all structures delivered. The anchoring system can withstand up to 75-100 MPH wind gusts, as reported by some of our customers. If you plan on moving your structure after delivery drop off, the delivery team will provide you with the anchors and inform you on how to install them if you choose to do so.
THE TRISTAR BUILD TO DELIVERY
While modern e-commerce has set a standard for 1-2 week delivery, custom shed construction requires a longer lead time. If you have an urgent need and cannot wait for our standard build process, we recommend hiring a local contractor for an on-site build.
Although on-site construction is typically more expensive, it is the best solution for immediate turnaround.
