A: Current turnaround times can vary based off of your city and state, our current build schedule, the weather and quantity of buildings you purchased. Q: Do you offer financing options? A: Yes! We are partnered with Affirm to provide the most simple financing options available. Follow the financing link to be redirected, and apply in just minutes! Or message us if you would like us to create your custom application. Affirm Financing Offers Up to 12 months interest-free on approved credit, or payment terms up to 36 months with interest. Q: Do you offer rent to own? A: No, we are not partnered with any RTO companies. Their extremely high interest rates of 40-50% are not fair to our customers and make ownership an expensive and lengthy repayment process. No one should pay double the cost of their shed. Q: Do you sell kits? A: No, we do not sell kits. We build and deliver our products fully assembled and ready for use. Q: Will the listed price change? A: Yes, our current prices or sale prices listed can update without notice. Q: Will my custom quote expire? A: Yes. All custom quotes and invoices are valid for 7 business days of issuance. Q: Do you offer insulation for the roofs? A: We do not install insulation nor recommend insulating any outdoor animal structure. Since metal roofs have a low thermal mass, they reflect light and heat rather than absorbing it like asphalt shingles. Metal roofs help keep it cool, increasing the ventilation efficiency of your structure. Q: What is the color in the photo? A: Since we receive this question a lot, please note that metal colors will look slightly different in each photo within our product listings. This is due to the outside lighting depending on full sunshine, partly cloudy, or overcast weather. If you’re unsure on the exact metal colors, we recommend purchasing our metal keychain samples so you can view the colors up close. Please message below or email us if you like a certain color in a photo but unsure which color it is. Q: What's the largest structure you can build? A: We can build up to 10ft width and 30ft length. Q: What type of building materials are used? A: All structures are framed with ACQ pressure treated lumber. The exterior walls and roof is 29 gauge metal. Q: Can I get my shed expedited? A: Unfortunately no, We operate on a first come first serve basis. Q: Can I cancel my order? A: All sales are final, we highly recommend placing your order only when you know you’re ready. If you’re unable to wait for one of our portable buildings then we always recommend reaching out to a local builder in your area that may be able to assist your immediate shelter needs.
