Refund & Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order and receive a refund you must ‘email’ us within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time has expired there will be a 20% cancellation fee withheld from the refund.

NOTE: All Sales Are Final.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute to ‘bypass’ these agreed-upon terms is a violation of our policy. 

Any chargebacks filed will result in an additional 15% cancellation fee, and all dispute-related fees assessed by our payment processor and your financial institution.
