The turnaround or lead times can vary based on your location, the current build schedule and the quantity of buildings you order.
Custom orders?
Yes, we build custom structures. There will be a 10% fee applied to the original cost of the structure. Please call or email us directly if you are considering a custom build.
Will my custom quote expire?
Yes, due to fluctuating lumber and metal costs all quotes and custom invoices are only valid for 48 hrs of issuance. We recommend only requesting a custom invoice when you are ready to place your order.
Can I get my order expedited?
No, we stay extremely busy all year and only operate on a first come first serve basis.
Can I cancel my order?
No, we do not accept cancellations as all sales are final. Please do not place an order unless you are committed to the purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: If you’re not planning ahead and you are in URGENT NEED then we always recommend reaching out to a local builder in your area that may be able to assist your immediate shelter needs. We recommend buying from farm and garden stores that sell simple tarp-style shelters that can be used until your shelter arrives.
Do you offer financing?

Financing Policy
If you choose to finance, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.
Financing cannot be cancelled. You remain fully responsible for repaying the entire loan according to the terms you selected.
Do you offer rent to own? No, we are not partnered with any RTO companies. Their extremely high interest rates of 40-50% are not fair to our customers and make ownership an expensive and lengthy repayment process. No one should pay double the cost of their shed. Do you sell kits/plans? No, we do not sell kits or plans. We build and deliver our products fully assembled and ready for use.
Will you level the structures?
No, We do not level or block up livestock structures. Blocking voids all warranties. and would make it more difficult for the animals to step inside and access the shelter safely. We always recommend finding the most flat or level area on your property or installing a pad.
Will the listed price change? Yes, our current prices or sale prices listed can be updated without notice. This is due to the cost of lumber and metal price increases that can happen throughout the year. Do you offer insulation for the roof? No, we do not install insulation nor recommend insulating any outdoor animal structure. Since metal roofs have a low thermal mass, they reflect light and heat rather than absorbing it like asphalt shingles. Metal roofs help keep it cool, increasing the ventilation efficiency of your structure. What is the color in the photo? Since we receive this question a lot, please note that metal colors will look slightly different in each photo within our product listings. This is due to the outside lighting depending on full sunshine, partly cloudy, or overcast weather. If you’re unsure of the exact metal colors, we recommend purchasing our metal keychain samples so you can view the colors up close. Please message us below or email us if you like a certain color in a photo but are unsure which color it is. What's the largest structure you can build? We can build up to 10ft wide and 30ft long on any given structure. We recommend ordering multiples if you want to place 4-6 stalls s use by side or across from each other to create an alley way or shedrow style setup. What type of building materials are used? All structures are framed with ACQ pressure-treated lumber. The exterior walls and roof are 29 gauge metal. 26 gauge metal is an up charge and only available in a few color options.
