The turnaround or lead times can vary based on your location, the current build schedule, the weather conditions, and the quantity of buildings you order.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we have 6-36 month financing options. Please use the website chat, send us an email, or give us a call for more information.
Do you offer rent to own? No, we are not partnered with any RTO companies. Their extremely high interest rates of 40-50% are not fair to our customers and make ownership an expensive and lengthy repayment process. No one should pay double the cost of their shed. Do you sell kits/plans? No, we do not sell kits or plans. We build and deliver our products fully assembled and ready for use.
Will you level the structures?
No, We do not level or block up livestock structures. Blocking voids all warranties. and would make it more difficult for the animals to step inside and access the shelter safely. We always recommend finding the most flat or level area on your property or installing a pad.
Will the listed price change? Yes, our current prices or sale prices listed can be updated without notice. This is due to the cost of lumber and metal price increases that can happens throughout the year. Will my custom quote expire? Yes. All custom order quotes and invoices are valid for 7 business days of issuance. Do you offer insulation for the roof? We do not install insulation nor recommend insulating any outdoor animal structure. Since metal roofs have a low thermal mass, they reflect light and heat rather than absorbing it like asphalt shingles. Metal roofs help keep it cool, increasing the ventilation efficiency of your structure. What is the color in the photo? Since we receive this question a lot, please note that metal colors will look slightly different in each photo within our product listings. This is due to the outside lighting depending on full sunshine, partly cloudy, or overcast weather. If you’re unsure of the exact metal colors, we recommend purchasing our metal keychain samples so you can view the colors up close. Please message us below or email us if you like a certain color in a photo but are unsure which color it is. What's the largest structure you can build? We can build up to 10ft wide and 30ft long. What type of building materials are used? All structures are framed with ACQ pressure-treated lumber. The exterior walls and roof are 29 gauge metal. 26 gauge metal is an up charge and only available in a few color options. Can I get my shed expedited? We operate on a first come first serve basis. Please reach out to us since we occasionally have a few in stock sheds. Can I cancel my order? To cancel an order you must email us within 3 days. After 3 days there will be a 10% restocking fee.
If you’re unable to wait for one of our portable buildings then we always recommend reaching out to a local builder in your area that may be able to assist your immediate shelter needs. We recommend buying from farm and garden stores that sell simple tarp-style shelters that can be used until your shelter arrives.
